Counselling is an investment in yourself, your wellbeing and your relationships. Below you’ll find information about services, session fees and available funding options.

Individual Counselling

50-minute session — $120 ‍ ‍

CliftonStrengths can also be incorporated into individual sessions where helpful.

CliftonStrengths assessment is purchased separately through Gallup, approximately $45 per person.

Couples Relationship & Strengths

Individual session — 50 minutes | $120 per person
Couples session — 75 minutes | $195

Couples Relationship & Strengths begins with each person completing their CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment. I then meet with each person individually before bringing you together for a couples session.

Further sessions can be arranged where helpful to continue exploring communication, connection and relationship patterns.

Adult Family Relationships & Strengths

Individual session — 50 minutes | $120 per person
Joint family session — 75 minutes | $195

Further sessions can be arranged where helpful to continue exploring communication, understanding and relationship patterns.

Online counselling

Online counselling is available across New Zealand and Australia, and in other countries where appropriate. Sessions are held via secure video call, allowing you to attend from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Online and in-person sessions are charged at the same rate.

CliftonStrengths for Businesses & Teams

Pricing is tailored to your organisation and will depend on the number of team members and the type of sessions required.

Cancellations
I understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
