CliftonStrengths for Individuals
Understanding your strengths can help you recognise the natural patterns in how you think, feel and approach life — and appreciate more clearly what you already bring.
In an individual CliftonStrengths session, we explore your Top 5 strengths and what they may look like in your everyday life, relationships, work and decision-making.
It can be a helpful way to build self-understanding, confidence and greater awareness of what helps you thrive.
CliftonStrengths for Couples
Every relationship brings together two people with different strengths, needs and ways of seeing the world.
CliftonStrengths can help you understand what each of you naturally brings, what you each need, and how your strengths work together as a partnership.
Exploring your strengths alongside one another can help you appreciate differences, recognise where strengths complement or sometimes collide, and build greater understanding, communication and connection.
Couples strengths coaching includes individual exploration of each partner's strengths followed by a partnership session together.
CliftonStrengths for Families
Every family brings together people with different strengths, needs and ways of communicating. These differences can enrich family relationships, but they can also sometimes lead to misunderstanding or frustration.
CliftonStrengths can help family members understand what each person naturally brings, what they may need from one another, and how their strengths can work together.
Rather than focusing on who is right or wrong, we explore these differences with curiosity — building greater understanding, appreciation and healthier ways of relating to one another.
Available for families with young people aged 16 years and over.
CliftonStrengths for Businesses & Teams
Helping individuals understand their strengths - and teams work better together
CliftonStrengths can be a valuable tool for workplaces and teams.
I work with individuals to understand their own strengths before bringing the team together to explore how their strengths work alongside one another.
This can support better communication, stronger collaboration and more effective delegation, while helping team members recognise and value what each person naturally brings.
Sessions can be tailored to the needs of your business or team.
