Individual Counselling

50-minute session $120

A one-to-one counselling session tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Couples Counselling

75-minute session $195

A longer session providing space for both partners to be heard and supported as we work together to strengthen understanding, communication, and connection.

Online Counselling

50-minute session $120

Online sessions are available throughout New Zealand and Australia via secure video call.

Payment terms

Invoices are payable within 7 days of your session date.

I kindly ask that any outstanding fees are settled prior to your next appointment to support the smooth continuation of our work together.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be invoiced at the full session fee.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can occasionally arise, and these situations will be considered with care and discretion.
