I believe counselling is an investment in yourself, your wellbeing, and your relationships. Below you’ll find information about session prices and options available.
Individual Counselling
50-minute session — $120
Couples Counselling
75-minute session — $195
CliftonStrengths for Businesses & Teams
Pricing is tailored to your organisation and will depend on the number of team members and the type of sessions required.
Funding Support:
WINZ / Work and Income Funding
I am a registered Work and Income counselling provider

Victim Support Funded Counselling
I am an approved registered counsellor with Manaaki Tāngata | Victim Support.
If you have been affected by certain serious crimes or traumatic circumstances, you may be eligible for funded counselling.

Payment & Cancellation
Payment is due within 7 days of your session and before your next appointment.
I understand that sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
